Terms of Use

  1. The organizer of the Our Community Garden project is Green Cross Poland, placed on 24/26 Krucza street, 00-526 Warsaw.
  2. Our Community Garden information system is desired to support garden creation processes as a part of the project.
  3. The duration of the edition is one calendar year.
  4. Each edition lasts one year and involves a contest under the Grant Program, which ends by the end of the year.
  5. User: a person viewing the page. Every user can download materials available on this website  and send a question to an expert. Any person can be a user of this website.
  6. Expert: a person who draws up materials on urban planning, law, gardening, participation or society.
  7. Administrator: a person responsible for proper functioning of the website. An administrator can report to the project manager a documented case of violation of the rules.
  8. Users sending questions to an expert are obliged to fill their profile with true personal data: name, surname and e-mail address.
  9. Sending a question to an expert, follows the acceptance of using the personal data in necessary terms of using the administrator’s website.
  10. Statements on the website cannot be obscene, rude or abusive (according to Petty Offences Code, title 141).
  11. Disobeying the website’s terms and conditions is equal to ban on using the Our Community Garden website.
  12. Rules may be modified after each edition. Any information on matters related to connected realization and organization of the project is provided by Green Cross Poland, under the following address: kontakt@naszogrodspoleczny.pl
